Soft Bariloche Hotel - San Carlos de Bariloche

I enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread with fresh fruits and pastries, and the comfy bed made for great restful nights. Overall, I’d definitely stay again despite minor issues.

The service in reception was friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Very centrally located.

This hotel has an awesome location, right in the center of town. The rooms are well appointed, with very comfy beds. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Not a 5 star resort, but I can't imagine getting more for my money!

The hotel's location is a real gem! We enjoyed easy access to many fondue spots and bakeries. The kids loved exploring nearby parks while we took in the amazing mountain views. The desk staff was super friendly and helped us navigate the area.

In my wife's opinion, the heating in our room wasn't adequate for the chilly nights. It would be great to have better heating options for families with kids.

It is NOT a resort as its name suggests nor is it "super"Its a regular 3 star hotel at best. Old and worn down . Photo on its flyer overglorifies it.

Big rooms, great view

Our room was spacious, and those views from the 5th floor were just fine. The breakfast spread was really nice too. But the lobby felt kinda dark and depressing. A little repainting might do wonders.

The front desk staff were very helpful in accommodating our luggage while we did some shopping. Make sure to explore nearby restaurants for meals instead of dining there.

The standard room was spacious and we loved having two balconies with fine lake views. The bed was comfy and the place was clean. WiFi was strong most of the time. It could get a bit noisy at night since it's close to the road, a little distracting.

Soft bariloche has a fantastic location, just a few blocks from the civic center and a bus stop for the catedral ski center. Our standard room was a lovely size with two balconies offering beautiful lake views. The staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly, accommodating our luggage while we shopped.

Couple looking for cozy stay

The location is killer, just a short walk to the center, and the view from our room was amazing with balconies overlooking the lake. The staff did their best to let us check in early, which really helped after a long day of travel.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I'd say it was still acceptable.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

I was blown away by the fine lake views from our room's two balconies. The space was so spacious and clean! Not to mention, the staff were super accommodating, our stay was nothing short of perfect.
